When will I receive my class completion card?

Students who make payment in advance by credit/debit card via PayPal ( at least 2 business days prior) to the class date, will receive their cards at the completion of the scheduled class. Cash will be accepted on the day of the class but students should not expect their completion card at the conclusion of the class. Cards will be sent out on the next business day via USPS.

Do you accept checks?

Unfortunately, due to some bad check writers, Stat Life Medical Training LLC has made the decision NOT to accept personal checks. Checks may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with the owner’s approval.

Whats the deal with the online-only websites for a CPR certification?

Please do not use these websites. There are more than a few that promise a totally online CPR certification. This is not a valid method of obtaining a CPR certification or CPR card! In our area the local hospitals, EMS agencies, and Nursing home facilities are not accepting the Online only CPR cards. Don’t be fooled and don’t waste your hard earned money!

Do I need to have a course manual for the CPR class?

The American Heart Association STRONGLY recommends that you have access to a course manual BEFORE/DURING/AFTER a class. If you do not have one or cannot purchase one, you may still attend the class. We recommend that you buy one. The price is $11 dollars, and can only strengthen your knowledge in CPR.
